Disclosures: Most of the disclosure documents are provided on this website as permitted by law. For the remaining financial documents, please email our office. Currently, we provide these documents without charge, as a service to both our local realtors and to you, our potential new members. We are a small, volunteer-run HOA, so please allow for appropriate response times. Realtors, please forward your requests to board@ranchonavarro.com, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

 

Buyers: We are a deed-restricted community, a California residential & recreational home owners' association (HOA). All residents pay dues each year; these dues are used for the benefit of all members, through services, road care and repairs, and clubhouse and pool services. We encourage all potential new members to read our governing documents, and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you have. 

 

FAQ-Some of our most common questions: Our Land Use Committee(LUC) has a form that members must fill out and submit when they plan to make certain changes/improvements. Please review our governing documents to see when you must submit a LUC request before proceeding.
