An open meeting of the Board of Directors of the Rancho Navarro Association will be held at 6:30pm on  9/24/26 at the association office and on zoom. This will be an in-person and virtual meeting.Zoom instructions below. (All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.)

meeting… property #315, 327, 251,
243, 245, 230, 132, 223 if no payment
by mid september or agreement…

 

2. Clubhouse updates –repairs/improvements for 2026/27—
  • Pool drain, light, and pump ---out off till winter—put aside till january
  • Clubhouse cards/entry $2,000
  • New tanks--report…
  • New phone system
3. Road –report and plan for new work priorities
    a. Restored former pond site
4. 2026 election and rules ---change rules
