Rancho Navarro Association Website

 

Welcome to the Rancho Navarro Homeowners Association, a California Planned Development of 135 home sites of approximately ten acres each. Situated in a majestic redwood forest, roughly ten miles from the Pacific Ocean at the “Deep End” of the Anderson Valley, you will discover a gorgeous setting. Rancho Navarro is truly a magnificent, one-of-a-kind place to live. Members of Rancho Navarro take great pride in protecting our beautiful redwoods; a once clear-cut area (many decades ago) now flourishes under the stewardship of our unique homeowners association.

Included in our roughly twenty acres of common areas are a beautiful swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a pond area (soon to be renovated to support trout/salmon/etc). We boast miles of paved roads, maintained by an amazing onsite crew (an unusual feature for this area).

Our grounds are maintained by a very limited and hard-working staff. Management of the association is handled by a volunteer Board of Directors with assistance from member volunteers.
