Pay Your HOA Bill

The annual dues are $1,450. Statements are emailed and mailed to members
in late May or early June. Dues are due on 7/1 and late fees apply after 8/15.
You can pay your bill using any of the following methods: 
 
 
1. Write a check and mail to: Rancho Navarro Association, PO Box 334,
Navarro, CA 95463. Or drop your check in our newly installed mailbox outside
the clubhouse gate.
2. Pay us directly via Zelle (no charge): President @ranchonavarro.com, 707-
412-8648
3. Pay online on this page (fees apply: 3.8%). You can pay any amount toward
your bill but the website does not have records of how much you owe.
 

We do not accept cash.
 
Please note: We DO NOT accept certified mail. It is usually returned to the
sender. 
If you want to receive a receipt, contact the Board and a director will arrange
to receive your check and provide a receipt. 
Members wishing to set up a payment plan, must contact the
Board@ranchonavarro.com to do so.
