Pay Your HOA Bill
Membership Dues
The annual dues are $1,400. Statements are emailed and mailed to members in late May or early June. Dues are due on 7/1 and late fees apply after 8/15. You can pay your bill using any of the following methods:
1. Write a check and mail to: Rancho Navarro Association, PO Box 334, Navarro, CA 95463. Drop your check in our newly installed mailbox outside the clubhouse gate.
2. Pay online on this page (fees apply). You can pay any amount toward your bill but the website does not have records of how much you owe.
3. Pay us directly via ACH. Contact President@ranchonavarro.com to get instructions. You must send an email informing us of the transac8on as we will not know which property to credit for the payment.
We do not accept cash.
Please note: We DO NOT accept certified mail. It is usually returned to the sender.
If you want to receive a receipt, contact the Board and a director will arrange to receive your check and provide a receipt.
Members wishing to set up a payment plan, must contact the Board@ranchonavarro.com to do so.
